The City of Delphi will be working on Resurfacing Wilson Street and replacing sidewalk and driveway approaches. This construction may impact how you normally access your residence or business. Work will begin on or after July 7, 2021. The Contractor for the project is E&B Paving and the onsite construction inspection is being performed by Butler Fairman and Seufert. We will work with you to make sure you have access and will do everything possible to minimize the disruption.
Please note that if you have any landscaping material (i.e: lawn timbers, landscape block) or any bushes within 1’ of the edge of sidewalk the property owner should remove them if they are concerned about damage. The Contractor will be removing existing sidewalk and replacing with new.
