Deer Creek-Sugar Creek Cost-Share Program PDF Print E-mail
Looking for assistance with agricultural conservation practices? In 2015, $150,000 in IDEM 319 funding is available to farming operations in portions of Carroll, Cass, Howard, Miami, and Tippecanoe Counties through the Deer Creek-Sugar Creek Cost-Share Program. Apply for up to 75% cost-share on agricultural best management practices from January 1 through March 2, 2015. Applicants will be notified of funding decisions by March 31, 2015. Projects must be installed prior to January, 2016 and must be located within the critical areas of the Deer Creek-Sugar Creek watershed. Stop by the kick-off Open House in the Flora Public Library on January 8 between 2-5pm to see if your property is eligible and to ask any other questions you may have. Or visit your local SWCD and District Conservation Offices. Learn more about the project at http://www.wabashriver.net/dcsc-cost-share/
