The Delphi City Court is a court of limited jurisdiction, where traffic infractions, and ordinance violations cases are heard and decided. The City Judge is elected to a 4-year term. The City Judge presides over the City Court. Traffic Violations Bureau Persons charged with traffic infractions and ordinance violations may be permitted to plead guilty and pay a fine through the Court's Traffic Violations Bureau without appearing in court.
