The Honorable Mayor Strasser has been a resident of Delphi since 1972 and lives in the house he grew up in as a child.

Number of years of city Service:
I was a volunteer fireman for 30 years from 1976-2006. I was elected to the City Council district 3 seat in 2000 and 2006. I also served on the APC and BZA as well as the Solid Waste District Board during those 8 years. In 2008 I was elected to the Mayor’s office. My goal is to use the knowledge I have attained in the past several years to improve the quality of services, quality of life and create a more affordable tax rate for all citizens and businesses.

Civic Group Involvement:
Member of the Delphi Methodist Church, Delphi Lions Club, and the Delphi Rotary

Hobbies:
Golfing and Gardening.
