A 48 year resident of Delphi, Brian has been a council person for nearly three years.

Why I wanted to become a Council Member:
I wanted to actively pursue and contribute to the growth of the city working along side other city departments and committees.

Civic Group Involvement:
Leadership Carroll County, Historic Preservation Society, Past Board Member for Youth Baseball-two year President.

Hobbies:
Golfing, Coaching Youth.

Family:
Wife - Brenda Garrison

Son - Kyle
Daughter - Erin
