A resident of Delphi since 1984, Carla served on the Board from 1994-1998 and again starting in 2009.

Why I wanted to become a Parks Board Member:
We live in a wonderful small community and I, as a mother, would like to be part of making it a great place for kids to grow up and always come back to.

Hobbies:
Traveling, reading, photography, and never wanting to miss a minute with my children.
